Following their harrowing escape, Marcus "Shadow" Donovan led Dr. Emily Turner and Alex Kane to a secret hideout nestled deep within the labyrinthine heart of Neotropolis. Shadow interjected, "We also learned from the informant that there have been disappearances of scientists and researchers within the institute. They've been consumed by whatever they've unleashed."
